Come learn the art of keeping it real with some mad kindness. We will practice chilling the fuck out and getting present with ourselves, then learn how to bring that presence to our relationships. Joe and Jessica will offer basic mindfulness meditation instructions followed by relational activities and community building exercises. The first group will meet Wednesday, August 21st at 7 pm. This group will be offered the 3rd Wednesday of every month in the “studio” behind the main building. $10 suggested donation.
