Couples Prenatal Workshop:
Preparing for Childbirth and Labor Together with Breath, Yoga Visualization & Massage
Join us for an evening to connect more deeply with your partner, your growing baby and yourself as you embark on this amazing journey of parenthood together.
In a supportive and fun environment, we’ll use breath awareness, visualization, yoga and massage to help relieve some of the discomforts of pregnancy and cope with the sensations that arise during labor. Your partner will learn techniques to support and assist you both physically and emotionally throughout this journey, especially during the labor and childbirth process.
No yoga experience is necessary! Most beneficial for couples in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, but 1st trimesters always welcome. Bring snacks for a short snack break.
