Integrating Body, Mind, and Breath

About Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga

Asanas (postures) for developing a strong and healthy body; Pranayama (breathing practices) for calming and focusing on breath, and Meditation for quieting and stilling the mind.
